Meet JimmyFreels

Hi, my name is Jimmy Freels.

In May, 2019 I successfully graduated from Georgia State University’s Inclusive Digital Expression And Literacy Program (IDEAL).

IDEAL’s 2 -1/2 year course of studies teaches intense advocacy preparation through the Expressive Arts such as Filmmaking, Media, and Theatre.

I chose to go into Theatre to tell people’s stories through dialogue and script-writing. I can’t really hold a camera, which requires fine motor skills, which I don’t have. I have very limited motor skills because I have a brain-injury.

Script-writing requires more brains than hands. I’d rather write stories than try to deal with the camera.
